- Sending the Proper DMCA Notice to Cloudhosting.luβs Designated Agent
How to Write a Proper DMCA Notice
- Identify yourself as the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Provide your true name, street address, phone number, and email.
- Identify the copyrighted work or a representative list of works.
- Identify the infringing material and its location on the web.
- State that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- State that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
- Sign the notice physically or electronically.

Notice and Takedown Procedure
Cloudhosting.lu expects users to comply with copyright laws. Upon notification of claimed infringement, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the infringing material. Users may submit a Counter-notification if they believe the takedown was improper.
Writing and Submitting a Counter-notification
- State that access was disabled due to the notice and takedown procedure.
- Identify the removed material and its URL prior to removal.
- Provide your name, address, phone number, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your location.
Send the Counter-notification to the same Designated Agent as above.
Additional Policies
- Repeat infringers may have user access terminated.
- We accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners.
- Non-compliant communications may be handled at our discretion.
- Misleading information in notices or counter-notices voids any claim of right.
