Third-Party Service Terms
These terms apply where CloudHosting.lu supplies a product or subscription fulfilled by another provider, including email, collaboration software, website tools, SSL certificates and licences. They supplement our Service Terms and Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Product terms and commitments
The product description and order identify the provider, features, licence scope, service period and applicable supplier terms. Read these before ordering. A monthly payment arrangement does not necessarily mean the supplier commitment can be cancelled monthly; any longer commitment must be disclosed before purchase.
The provider’s technical and licensing rules apply to its product. They do not remove obligations that CloudHosting.lu owes you under your contract or applicable law. Domain operations are covered separately by our Domain Terms.
2. Activation and refunds
Once a product is provisioned, activated or issued, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund. Cancelling or not using a subscription does not reverse a completed purchase or the committed service period. Unused licences or seats are not refundable unless the accepted order expressly provides otherwise.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, a payment was taken incorrectly or a refund is required by law, we will provide the correction or refund due. A supplier’s refusal to reimburse us does not remove a mandatory remedy owed to you.
A genuinely free supplier trial, where expressly offered, follows its stated conditions. It is separate from a money-back guarantee on a paid purchase. Check its end date and any paid conversion terms before starting it.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Check the service term, renewal date and cancellation deadline in your order and customer account. Requests received after the applicable cutoff may take effect at the next permitted renewal. We will identify any committed term and relevant cutoff before purchase.
Cancellation of hosting or another service does not automatically cancel a separate subscription. Export the data you need before access ends; recovery and retention depend on the product’s agreed terms.
4. Support and managed work
The included support and any supplier service level are those stated for the product. Our infrastructure SLA does not automatically apply to an external provider’s platform.
Configuration, migration or ongoing administration carried out by us is included only where stated in your order. All managed work is business-only and governed by the Managed Services Terms and 352 Digital Terms & Conditions.
5. Acceptable use
Comply with the supplier’s applicable use restrictions and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may take proportionate protective action against misuse, and the supplier may enforce its own applicable terms. Mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
